National School Counseling Week 2020, “School Counselors: Helping Build Better Humans,” will be celebrated from Feb. 3–7, 2020, to focus public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems.
Chris Figueroa started subbing for Bassett Unified back in 2004. Since then, he has worked tirelessly with our students in the classroom, on the field, and in the office. In 2011, he became the beloved counselor at Torch Middle school. His interaction with students show how much he cares for this community and he strives to see our kids succeed in all facets of student life.
